Fun way to spend a summer, but not long term

Pros

Overall, I had a good time at Lindamood-Bell. It is good for a young or retired person that enjoys working with children. It makes you see learning another way, and training really makes you feel like you are part of the team. During the initial training, everyone is left with an almost magical feeling about LB.

Cons

Very little upward mobility. As always with working with children, it is a very exhausting job. Additionally, the job can be very chaotic, with conflicting instructions, and not enough training. Very often, it is just staff and leaders doing their best to keep the center together based on their own belief, not through training. Additionally, company does not value employees that have worked at the center more than new staff.
