Pros
It's the biggest, small company you'll ever work for- that is the scale of the company is pretty expansive with numerous locations worldwide, despite that my experience in the corporate office was the you would expect from a small company. You get to know all your coworkers, and your department becomes like family.
Travel was limited in my role, however I did get a chance to visit a few California learning centers, and I noticed the opportunities available for other positions to grow into a role at almost any location.
Be part of something that truly makes a difference- it sounds like a cliche, but seeing first hand the excitement kids get when walking into a learning center, or their reaction when seeing a "Lucky" robot for the first time is one of the most rewarding things I've experienced in my career. And the reality that you are part of a company that can change a childs future speaks volumes to the difference LBLP is making.
Cons
This isn't so much a con as a situation- I worked in IT, this isn't an IT company so vertical growth was limited- however the experience was priceless. The value in working with a team with such a diverse skill-set made it a very difficult place to leave.
