- good way to start in the professional world - can make great friends here - leadership, if good, makes the workload and relationship between manager and CD more effective and efficient - routine is easy here

Cons

- no work life balance/ workload is heavy at times - a lot of burnout in the consultant roles - a lot of call-outs that you have to learn to deal with - high turnover even for newly hired employees

Thank you for sharing your experience in the clinician role. As part of a team, clinicians are trained in our proven approach and work one-to-one with students to implement lesson plans. Consultants and directors are trained to administer assessments, make recommendations, and write lesson plans. By this model, students at Lindamood-Bell Learning Centers make consistent learning gains year after year. Thank you for informing us that this is not clear in your day-to-day. We will continue to improve on how well we help staff understand what they are doing and why as part of the instructional quality team.
