fast-paced, students are great and it's awesome to see them make progress within our progress.

Cons

I often found my self taking on extra responsibilities because I wanted to do the most for our students however that quickly leads to burn out

Pros

Kids can be fun. Employees are laid back. Process works and is enlightening

Cons

Before COVID, same as everyone else: kids can be jerks, hours can be inconsistent yet demand an open schedule and pay could be better. Also they're doing this whole Pearson's thing where they want you to be a teacher, yet don't seem to pay the extra
