Seeing the progress of the students, coworkers, guided curriculum, encouraging coworker recognition.

Cons

Training=cramming video content for nearly two weeks, some shadowing. •Inconsistent/low hours. •Some dated teaching materials. •Incredibly, incredibly expensive for parents (without a guaranteed (+) outcome). Seasonal employment - full season not guaranteed. One coworker was given a day's noticed/told there were "no more hours" and let go that day. •Hired way too many people at once for such a small center, did not distribute hours effectively.

The emphasis on positivity and a growth mindset for both staff and students The mentorship opportunities, which allow clinicians to refine their skills. The students' willingness to learn. The fact that the training explains how the techniques work, not just the procedure. how invested the staff is in the students.

Cons

There is a lot to learn in a short timeframe, and it can feel overwhelming. The pay isn't very high.
