Seeing the students' progress is the best part. Within a matter of weeks a student can jump up several grade levels compared to where they were at the start.

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism abounds. People in management positions aren't always trained/qualified for the position they hold. Pay is low for job requirements. Many clinicians possess at least a Bachelor's and often a Master's degree. Money is often spent frivolously rather than on necessities.

Great laid back atmosphere. Wonderful programs for students who need it.

Cons

No cons other than some entitled clinicians who act like they deserve a 6 figure salary for doing their job.
