Pros

Everyone I work with comes off as very kind and understanding. Mental health days are encouraged and taken seriously. It can be so encouraging to see the growth in students as well as yourself.

Cons

Some students can be quite a handful, and sometimes the culture of positivity goes too far, to the point of appearing disingenuous at times.

Great people (staff and students) at my center. Center/local leadership really care about their staff and students. Increasing response to employee feedback at a corporate level. Education field, and can see the life-changing impact on so many students.

Cons

Can be tiring with the intensity.
