Pros

It was a positive environment where I felt connected to the mission statement of the company. I really believed that we were helping people which made it easy to come to work everyday.

Cons

Because it was a large company, sometimes it was frustrating to feel as if there was bureaucracy preventing me from doing my job better

Training is very comprehensive. Opportunity to work with many children with different learning styles.

Cons

Poor management, tutors are treated poorly, pay is very low (as is morale) No worthwhile opportunity for advancement in the company
