Pros

Fast-paced environment, fun learning environment for students which creates all-around positivity

Cons

It is hard to get hours in the off-season (any season except summer). Even if you have worked there for a long time, they don't seem to value you in any way, shape, or form. They did, however, get in a lawsuit about not giving ample break time so now we can finally have a rest!
