Pros

The training, opportunity to teach and to keep learning.

Cons

Low wages, inconsistent schedule, you wash dishes and clean if student a no-show. No benefits and tutors work then copy student data and open their own business. Leadership not trained to lead and to create a strong culture so they are just " bossy".
