Pros

Most of the kids are amazing and working with them one on one is very rewarding. The company provides a 2 week training when you are hired which is paid, but after that there are no real opportunities for growth.

Cons

The company charges families almost $200 dollars an hour while the tutor is making less than $20 an hour. I’m unsure how that makes sense. Very disappointing. If the company paid their employees what they are worth they wouldnt have such a high turnover rate.
