*good pay *staff is super helpful and kind *the culture promotes a fun and safe environment

Cons

*sessions are intense with the amount of work you have to fit into 45 or 55 minutes *work hours are unpredictable, but they work with your schedule

Rewarding but not perfect

Comfortable laid back job. Decent pay in comparison to my last jobs. It was amazing working with wonderful children.

Cons

In the beginning I got very low hours in comparison with other clinicians, between 6 to 20 hrs a week. Hours did not improve until the end of July. I started training in May and started working in June. Training was not enjoyable, I was stuck with a childish group of trainees.
