Pros

The programs produce excellent results for teaching reading and comprehension

Cons

Employees are paid embarrassingly low wages although everyone is highly educated and works extremely hard to rise to the expectations. Employee morale becomes quite low with the lack of regard and respect.

Good not Great

Pros

good pay relatively. nice working with kids sometimes. hires a diverse group of people from many backgrounds. middle tier bosses were cool enough and there's chance at short term travel

Cons

managers are snoody and hypocrites. little support from bosses. not enough pay for the amount of working you're putting in with the kids. you're the kids' primary tutor and are expected to deal with a lot.

A great short-term job

Pros

The job itself is fulfilling and satisfying work, and there is usually some opportunity to travel at the end of the summer. It is an ideal summer job for a college student.

Cons

Cons include low pay, unpredictable hours during the school year, and not much opportunity for growth.
