Pros

Working with students is a joy and very rewarding. I have grown so much as an educator here over the years.

Cons

Management is very toxic and regularly use gaslighting to keep employees "in line." There have been no raises or cost-of living adjustments in three years for current employees, while there have been many hirings in upper-management. Management finds ways to scapegoat current employees, devaluing their skills, and failing to provide professional development and growth opportunities. The company fuels its revenue into hiring new members of upper management rather than investing in the employees that it already has.

Pros

Absolutely life changing opportunity of helping little ones improve their reading and occasional math skills. If you love kids, and love tutoring, this place is a paradise. You get to have fun, while also doin borderline therapist level work while helping them learn and advance their reading level.

Cons

Pay left a lot to be desired. Hours could be inconsistent.
