Old management (from BOC) is not good. Not a good company to start as a fresher as no training is provided.

Pros

Can see a complete project life cycle in an year. Once the parent company (Linde) takes over the entire management it has lot of chances to improve.

Cons

Bad managers. Very less scope of learning in Design area. Increments is not that good (around 10-15 % max)
