      Pros

      Excellent pay and if vested in their retirement plan, your financial future is secure. Minimal supervision, ability to have balance work/life, solid benefits.

      Cons

      Aging organization with no competitive employee recruiting or retention plan, Complete disconnect between leadership and field associates, no long term strategic plan, no organizational development or career advancement opportunities (esp. If you're a minority or female), group think is encouraged, lack of innovation, consistent desire to "do what we've always done", lack of technology and role training and development.

      Great company very poor local management

      Pros

      ability to plan your own day, building relations with Physicians

      Cons

      Local center lacks any intelligence of hoe to deal with Physicians and with patients. Center manager lacks the ability to make educated decisions, has no idea how to do anything without asking for help from various departments. District manager is as lack luster as I have ever seen. All the other surrounding areas/territories are out performing his in every way. High turnover.

      Pros

      They have new truck and they have all the coffee and all the water and crystal light you handle. They give you your uniforms in 4 months.

      Cons

      You make more money in training and less money when you are on your own . You have to complain to get mileage runs, not organized at all , they never give you a direct answers when asked direct questions, the pay should be all hourly,
