Pros

Decent pay. Ok work life balance. Safety driven and positive focus on safety. They spend money to make better (On the place at least not so much on the people)

Cons

Horrible management. They don't care about you nor never will. No accountability. Never enough people/too lean. Favoritism and nepotism. No training whatsoever. Puts all the work on the people who are dumb enough to show they know how to do anything. Uppers turn a blind eye to anything that may be an inconvenience to them or problem. Unrealistic expectation upon anyone else but themselves.
