      Co workers take a lot of smoke breaks and immediate management ignores requests and is not attentive to their employees.

      The work is easy and the hours are great.

      Cons

      They will tell you want you want to hear to keep stringing you along for far less pay than you are owed. Management only sees you as a way to make a bonus and does not care about you beyond that.
