They offer a decent wage but expect so much more than what they pay for, they expect you to be available all the time with no compensation! Safety has faded within the company! They like to preach safety but don't follow it, it's a condition of employment, unless it cost money! Don't buck the system, ask questions and you will see yourself outside looking in! They are constantly changing your wages and benefits without discussion.

Horrible workplace that is heavily dominated by certain groups that come either from Germany office or From Linde Engineering India. Tons and tons of fake promises, unfair performance reviews that apply to anyone who is not part of a certain gang, lack of projects and workload, and plenty of political games going around.
