      Ok benefits, no room for growth

      Pros

      Am very grateful to have had a safe job during Covid. Still able to work remote for half the week.

      Cons

      I’ve been with the company for almost 4 years and my responsibilities have barely changed. Not much room for growth in my current department. Overall, company is used to doing things the same way they’ve always done, and it is very hard to enact change. Ok benefits, minimal raise each year.

      Deeply unethical, probably criminally fraudulent

      Pros

      Acceptable compensation, good benefits, and everyone outside management is competent and great to work with.

      Cons

      They intentionally rig instruments, cherrypick results, and ignore unidentified impurities in their QA labs. Nothing is done by management when these issues are brought to them. They only care about how much they can produce and how quickly, not whether anything on the Certificate of Authenticity is correct.
