      The only good thing about lincare is the patients you take care of..

      Cons

      Lincare doesn't care about its employees or patient's.. just out for money.. you work on call and don't get paid for it unless u get a call. You have no outside life work from 8-whenever you get off.

      They put so much on you and expect you to finish in 8 hrs. All of your hard work goes unnoticed, only your errors are acknowledged

      Cons

      Double standards . No room to move to the next level in your career for this company.
