      Pros

      There is no pro working for this company. They are handling the merger terribly and most of the American employees are trying to escape this company. This company & management has moved slowly down hill since being purchased from BOC.

      Cons

      In 2015 management started the silent purge of all former Airco/BOC employees. It was the beginning of the end of a very, very good company. Safety, customers & employees all became expendable and the BIG dollar took over. Managers were driven by the top to turn into excellent lies. I understand restructure ... management handled it poorly and has caused damage to the drive of employees in the field. Field people drive the company. Stay away from Linde .. they are truly a modern day loser!!

      A paycheck. Free safety PPE

      Cons

      Allot of layoffs recently. No opportunities for advancement. Management is unethical and dishonest. Everybody blames everyone, bad working conditions, and bad management of resources, plant understaffed.
