      Linde with its robust business model offers stable environment with good job security. Company does well through business cycles and is disciplined capital allocator.

      Cons

      Can be late to respond to latest trends. Growth opportunities are limited especially for senior folks.

      Pros

      There are pros, but they quickly dilute in this toxic environment

      Cons

      Relentless and unyielding pressure to work long, unpaid hours. While I was there, 14-16 hr days were totally normal for weeks at a time. There is a pervasive clash of business cultures within management ranks. Actually, I'm being too PC, it's also the actual culture, an actual clash of American cultural norms that clash with another culture that is significantly represented in key ranks/positions as a result of a merger. Anyway, too deep for this space. It's a cold environment, both temperature-wise and vibe-wise.

      Pros

      Paid time off and vacation time.

      Cons

      Bad managers that no nothing about what they are managing. Very low raises. Once you're there a few years and start making a decent wage they get rid of people. Then a few months later they start rehiring at a lower wage then you started with.
