      In this category there are none. No one can seem to have any answers on this problem. Hope this is taken seriously.

      Cons

      No clear path to an employee to purchase stock or shares in the company that they work for. And would love to invest in.

      Incapable mgmt. with bossy and inflexible culture, personalised by HOD's

      Good learning for freshers.

      Cons

      Pathetic increments/Appraisals every time. Bossy inflexible culture, HOD's/DH's makes everything personal with arrogance. No/ Disastrous communication skill at all level. They makes separation/resignation extremely painful. No concept of privacy, HOD's tries to pip-in in your mobile and everything.

      Room for growth, lean organization, lots of support, friendly environment between managers and supervisor, high safety standards.

      Cons

      bureaucracy, a lot of stress, the presence of unions at many locations puts more stress on the supervisors and inefficiy, no training
