      Pros

      Challenging interesting industry. Plenty of responsibility and variety. Leading edge in many areas. Many long serving excellent employees.

      Cons

      Formed by Linde (German & Parochial) takeover of Aga (Sweden) and BOC (UK & very global). Company is now being taken over by Praxair. Currently Works Council pressure in Germany leads to very local decision making.

      Flexible schedule tailored to you.

      Cons

      No anonymity when reporting bad business practice. Low pay with a max of 3% every 13 months. Inconsistency between billing offices amd centers across the nation. There isn't any one uniform or set standard to abide by. Each office has its own requirements.
