      The company has good benefits.

      Cons

      Upper management makes so many changes that we don't know who we're working for anymore. They change things around so much its like we're going in circles. Very confusing.

      Challenging and difficult company to work for

      Pros

      -Large company where a beginner can learn structure and detailed processes. -If you are ready to work very hard and prove it with your first assignments, you should have the opportunity to work on the most difficult and challenging projects.

      Cons

      -Cahotic high management with little or no transparency (major projects which fails will not be accounted, perception is that it is not allowe to make mistakes, therfore decision making is really hard as no one once to be pointed at). -Often being led by external resources. -Expected to put whatever it takes to "fix it"

      The German Parent Company forces us to adapt their methods into our workplace even if they don't work. No new projects
