      This Business is adapting for the digital age. Strong Uk Presence and capability. Excellent development opportunities for those who wish to engage.

      Cons

      Making poor decisions based on "data" is not justifiable. Replace common sense and good judgment for data. No longer focussed on customer delight.

      This is a terrible company

      Pros

      There is no pro working for this company. They are handling the merger terribly and most of the American employees are trying to escape this company.

      Cons

      They screwed the bonuses last year. Once you are hired, you will notice how they treat the German employees and American employees differently and they don't care. They screwed everyone's bonus last year and they don't care. Avoid this company as much as you can.
