      Pros

      There is good support from headquarters. One can have international exposure and opportunities. The salaries and benefits are as expected from a multinational company. The technical and administrative standards are defined for all Countries.

      Cons

      There is currently a strong organizational instability. This leads to lack of strategic direction in Regional level. Some principles and values are being forgotten.
