      If your German this is a great company with good upward progression. If your not German 😂

      Was once a fantastic company Some great people Good working relationship Decent coffee shop across the road.

      Cons

      If your not German then you need to have zero ambition to make life at Linde ok No respect for employees Germany staff are protected at all cost Rash decision making No group strategy/no local strategy
