      Pros

      Benefits such as health and life insurance, yearly bonus, employee transport, and plenty of wellness activities within the company help Foster a good work environment. It has a truly international culture and plenty of opportunities for talent willing to move to other geographies.

      Cons

      I have been with the company for 13 years, appart from the regular issues that come up during times of crisis, I have nothing to say as a con for workin in this company.

      Pros

      Excellent pay and if vested in their retirement plan, your financial future is secure. Minimal supervision, ability to have balance work/life, solid benefits.

      Cons

      Aging organization with no competitive employee recruiting or retention plan, Complete disconnect between leadership and field associates, no long term strategic plan, no organizational development or career advancement opportunities (esp. If you're a minority or female), group think is encouraged, lack of innovation, consistent desire to "do what we've always done", lack of technology and role training and development.

      Linde upper management needs to relate to employees

      Pros

      Most people within the company are easy to work with and will help you if you ask (even though they are swamped themselves)

      Cons

      Short Staff everywhere so it is difficult to get things done internally. Additional complicated by having multiple Byzantine procedures in place that slow the flow of work. They set up systems to keep track of processes but do not assign anyone to maintain it so it becomes difficult to use and eventually abandoned or avoided. Little to no training provided. No one seems to be listening to the employees
