Pros

I've been with Med4Home, or Linde now, for nearly 5 years. We get good health benefits, regular pay increases (based on performance reviews), and a great working environment. I started in the call center and was eventually promoted into billing. Coming to work here was the best decision I've ever made!

Cons

Each department has regular overtime, and depending on the department's performance, sometimes it's scheduled only 1-2 days in advance. Promotions are not automatic; you have to apply for positions as they become available, and you have to have been in your department for at least 3 months before you can apply for a promotion.

Received great summer pay and housing for doing absolutely nothing while working at lpp. Gained a few friends come from the internship.

Cons

Did not take anything from the internship. Learned more surfing the web and reading articles on cnn.com. Never had a real project or worked on a relevant project to the company

I do not wish to share any pros about working for this specific employer. But, I will say that the Pros could be counted on only one hand.

Cons

Management is very poor. Communication could improve in every aspect. Little/No Training was given.
