      Good Salary, challenging job

      Cons

      Some Young Managers misuse their power, unnecessary work take and distribute with subordinate and kill the main working time. They do bad behavior with the subordinate. It effects the work output and the health. And finally he delivered the wrong output.

      Strong brand name, solid financial situation, fast changing working environment in the last years, good career opportunities on regional and global level

      Cons

      Complicated organizational structure in many departments, late decisions, overlapping responsibilities, too many failed projects on low hierarchy level du to lack of ownership, support and skills, "politics & and power" dominating, lack of leadership skills of mid-senior managers
