ability to plan your own day, building relations with Physicians

Cons

Local center lacks any intelligence of hoe to deal with Physicians and with patients. Center manager lacks the ability to make educated decisions, has no idea how to do anything without asking for help from various departments. District manager is as lack luster as I have ever seen. All the other surrounding areas/territories are out performing his in every way. High turnover.

Pros

The pay is fair and the Immediate Supervision is Great. Upper Management is involved with the people in the lower ranks. Safety is of the utmost importance to the Company.

Cons

The Schedule is very tasking on the body and does not promote mental alertness which in turn can lead to lack of focus which can compromise safety but the management has not put the correlation together yet.
