      Pros

      Good company to start your career journey. Good salary and experience.

      Cons

      Too many managers. Some managers at some department from other countries working as expatriate and resistance to adapt on local culture differences are the biggest problem. Micromanage the staff until the employee do not have the freedom to make decisions as an executive staff. Some managers manage the team with fear leadership style instead of open communication concept.
