      Promising future if they get rid of all the old school bunch of crap and UNION

      Cons

      There is a lot of old school people running the company. No vision. No collaboration. Poorly implemented processes. Poor technology. Not human resources oriented at all.

      Pros

      Specialized in doing medical data entry. This included tasks such as going over the records we keyed to make sure we didn't miss anything or make the same mistakes again

      Cons

      Having to do outbound calls at times and filing at other times it wasn't the calling or the filing it was the way the list was made up was confusing and the file system was confusing as well. Two people in one folder because they had the same first and last name's.
