      Pros

      As with all industrial gas companies the benefits and pay are above average. With a few exceptions your coworkers of similar level will look out for your well being and develop a team.

      Cons

      If you have direct reports, the continual policy changes at the technician level will leave your team wondering if you even know they have lives. Expect long hours and being asked to drop everything on weekends and holidays to support plant outages, planned or unplanned. Vacations can be canceled and on-call requires you to stay within 1-hour of your plant and be completely sober at all times unless you have someone else to take your on-call.

      Pros

      The pay is pretty good and the benefits outweigh the pay in my opinion.

      Cons

      Last minute route/ schedule changes were sometime a little aggravating, but I seen worse situations.

      Facilities are crumbling and dangerous. Only way to advance is to either constantly move, or never be home.
