Pros

Excelent staff, mostly young, with outstanding organizational climate. Linde Group is a global company that can help develop your career, specially if you accomplish more than what the company expects you to.

Cons

Infra structure in Brazil is not the greatest among competitors, making the company not the most competitive. Work processes are too long and may delay customer service or product deliver.
