      Pros

      A comfortable, but fast paced environment. Allow a work life balance. The people are friendly.

      Cons

      Culture changed when Linde bought BOC. The value of doing a good job no longer means what it did. Good, solid employees have become expendable.

      Very good Pay, very good medical, good retirement,very good people to work with good trucks to drive teamster union shop, uniforms and work boots all safety gear pick of day or night shift if you have a overnight trip you are payed meal money, company pays for hotels on overnight trips Company likes you to have 10 hours off between trips.company is very big on safety.

      Cons

      long hours some over night trips some trips you don't like you may have to work weekends and may have to work holidays there may be times when you may have to work at a plant out of state for weeks at a time
