Pros

The employees are great. The old building was really nice off I-10.

Cons

The leadership team is egotistical. The processes they have in place are more suited for Europe. The company has not made the adjustments to include the American culture.

Benefits have changed since the merger with Praxair and are considerably less than what they used to be.
