      Flexible hours, Great Management, Freedom

      Cons

      It takes forever to get commission on the products you sell because of the company's requirements, and there is no real growth opportunities. Also as an employee starting out you get hardly any vacation days. Finally, the base salary is so low it is hard to live on

      working at customer locations,freedom to work from home,company supplied vehicles and hand tools.Not too much interaction with company management

      Cons

      having a drive cam in the company vehicle to monitor your driving habits.having to wear a tracking device on your persons.management always changing policy without giving a reason for change
