      Been employed in Hammond indiana for a little while now

      Pros

      Steady paycheck, if your in with the right person, persons.

      Cons

      Management is remedial at best, dishonest, lies directly to your face, is a union facility but does NOT honor the contract, management plays favorites with personnel. Micromanaged beyond belief, stay as far away from here as possible. Also Management recieves ridiculous bonuses for doing less than no work, yet we while doing our jobs as well as managements in many cases get NOTHING . Not even a thank you.

      Great managers and co-workers, work / life balance needs to be worked on

      Cons

      Merger / Buyout, and a lot of layoffs in the past couple of months. Wish they would let us know what the future holds

      Pros

      Employees and managers in the field and at the locations tend to be smart, dedicated, and collaborative..

      Cons

      Corporate administrative bureaucracy is an anchor on progress. Turnover at all levels is constant. Senior management seems to be making their decisions with a ouija board or maybe a weather-vane. "New" programs, initiatives, approaches are all high priority; focus on short term results with urgent prioritized over important. Commitments are made but aren't taken seriously and employees have very little recourse.
