Pros

The people were great, and the benefits and compensation were very good.

Cons

It was difficult to get any traction on changes or improvements. Company managers are very set in their ways and want to let things coast. Pushing for excellence wasn't generally rewarded and team members are not motivated to push for excellence, preferring to simply coast along.

Solid Compensation and Perks, with Room for Growth in Leadership Approach

Pros

There are members of the HR team who genuinely care about employee well being and strive to do what is right not just for the company, but for the employees as well. Compensation appears to be largely in line with industry standards. The benefits package is robust, offering a wide range of perks, including a quarterly bonus referred to as the "Love Machine" bonus, which is a notable highlight.

Cons

There are challenges that impact the overall employee experience. A significant concern is the lack of trust between management and employees. This appears to stem from inconsistent communication and interactions that at times feel unpredictable. There have been instances where commitments made by management were not upheld, leading to confusion and frustration. Additionally, there have been times of unprofessional behavior stemming from management, including instances of raised voices and disruptive conduct such as door slamming, which can contribute to a tense and uncomfortable work environment. Internal mobility is limited unless a layoff seems to be happening, and even when positions open within the same department, employees are required to go through a panel interview process, just like when they were hired on to the company.
