Pros
I've been working at LinearB for the last 3+ months and can honestly say that this company has a winning recipe of great leadership, stellar employees, and fantastic product. The founders foster transparency/communication, data-driven decision making, and agility in all we do as a company. Employees are empowered to work with autonomy and to take care of themselves and each other in our new landscape. I see this company going far! They also take some basics off the table so people don't have to worry about it (competitive compensation, stock, great benefits, time off/leave programs etc).
Cons
Like any start up, there is much to be done. We have to build infrastructure while executing - so maybe this is not for everyone, but it sure is for me!
