Tech driven company that is working to solve for complex problems of ad tech market making it more and more friendly to the customer. Inclusive organization and is reflective and seeks to continuously improve.

- good compensation, - there are still good engineers here, - if you are lucky you can be allocated to an interesting project.
Cons
- the company had been inflated too fast and there were done some bad decisions how to manage this, - weak projects staffing and teams management, teams are not stable and teammembers cannot choose who work with, - weak project management, sometimes it's just an overuse words like "lean" and "kanban" while common sense is ignored, - very aggressive SEO abusing micromanagement and changing his opinion like a weather, - there is no clear company mission, uttered words too often differ from the real deeds, - the corporate culture does not take into account the desires of all employees.
