- Simple, but mature company values (honesty, exceptional problem solving, safe place to experiment) - Interesting projects in different domains (AdTech, FinTech, HealthTech, MarTech etc.) - ability to make internal rotations from project to project to develop skills with different tech stack and customers - the company does a lot to keep beaurocracy level low while keeping productivity and processes on track; simple metrics of company productivity; - the management with engineering background, reasonable decisions, data-driven decision making with taking into account common sense, - competency matrix with defined skills and levels, regular personal reviews

- company paid Lunch and Dinner on two separate days, while interesting projects/ideas are presented by speakers - healthy environment with good colleagues

Cons

- not much room to wiggle for learning. You need to get experience by projects or on your free time - Hybrid might be not suitable for some people
