Pros

The people are genuine and want to make the daily work as best as it can be. My favorite part of working there was being able to get to know people over time and teams felt like they were quite close. Everyone understands that they're in it together.

Cons

Omaha is pretty silo'd in terms of available roles. If you start off in customer service, then that's really all you'll be able to do. I learned a lot of tech stuff on the side that helped me move over to another department in IT and Product, but it took a while and it was a dramatic shift. If you don't want to work in customer service long-term, then starting off in this position isn't really a big boost.
