Benefits, holidays, entertainment. The company has money and still spend on good offices and perks

Everyone are doing busy work. Nobody cares of actual results. Just shovel stuff around. Big heads talk right things: like improve reliability or embrace ai. It goes top down into absolute busy work: write a giant doc of every tiny-tiny detail how we can improve reliability. Nothing actually changes in code and now we have a new trend: write a strategy to adopt AI so we can create tickets to each other faster. Yep, no work done without a ticket
