Pros

- Great and smart coworkers - used to be a great place to work

Cons

- no growth - no work life/balance - politics everywhere - unrealistic deadlines - no innovation - uninspired leadership - constant policy and perks back pedaling - no more carrots, just sticks

Pros

- Comp (not top of market, but still competitive) - Pockets of really great culture, but this is largely dependent on leadership in each region/segment - Benefits are second to none - Free breakfast/lunch in office - Great office spaces

Cons

- Some regional/segment leaders better than others; Some regions lack clear vision & communication is reactive - Very competitive promotion cycles that are not always based on objective criteria (politics can be pretty intense) - RTO announcement (~2 days per week for Sales) came abruptly in Fall 2023 and the org has not yet figure out their approach to internal promotion for those who were previously approved to work from another location. In current state, there are times when internal remote employees are blocked from interviewing for promotion due to “strong preference for local talent”, which signals that there may be no internal career path available to remote employees. Hoping this is just a “season”, and soon there will be more thoughtfulness around internal mobility.
