Bad management, sinking ship

Business Outlook

Pros

Good WLB and food in the cafes

Cons

Constant reorgs and layoffs because management at so many levels is so incredibly awful. Toxic managers and lots of politics here. I’d never go back!

Pros

- Great overall benefits: employee paid healthcare, wonderful 401k match, Microsoft stocks - most people are kind, not super competitive - free food in office - Stipend for childcare, petcare, gym

Cons

- Work Life Balance - Training and development / lack of support - Career Growth (lots of politics in promo) - Micromanaging - Return to office - Lofty revenue goals = team of "underperforming" & paid reps - Pay : low base, OTE is fair but less than 10% making that salary - PIP Culture - Customer service is terrible
