Culture does not promote independent thinking. Most of the staff are pretty average.

I guess the perks and benefits. Healthcare. dental blah like any other tech company

Cons

Turning into typical toxic big company culture. Individuals are promotion driven and leadership does not communicate decisions that can affect your career.

Pros

Compensation: initial offer for engineers is great compared to the similar levels in other companies.

Cons

Compensation: Linkedin became more stubborn giving out refreshes. Plan for next move once join if you care about TC. The culture has deteriorated a lot since 2022. WLB became worse and the growth opportunities reduced. Company hasn't figure out ways to break through stagnation.
